You can find the option on your Job Submit page. If you don't have a page, you can create one with the shortcode [job_bm_job_submit] .

Now under Job Settings => Application, select the External Website option.

Then the external link will show on the website's front end.

i’ve done , but the link doesn’t appear ( no working) in the front-end. When someone cliks on the ‘External link’ he is message is shown: Please go following link to apply on their website Click to see job details.

‘Click to see job detail’ is actually a link. Please try to click on the text and see if it redirects.
