Ticket for: User Verification

After getting the email with the Activate button, it takes me to the website and the 'Checking Verification" box shows where it says please wait. Every time it says "Sorry! Verification failed" and I cannot login. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Kadmille,
Are you using a custom form or WordPress default form? Please share the registration URL.
Also, please check your email inbox after registration to see if you're receiving multiple emails with the 'Activate' button. Try to click on the last email and see if it's verifying..
