Does the Accordion work with multiste installations?
Do I need one license for the network or one license for each site?

Accordions should work fine on multi-site network, although we haven't tested. Please let me know if you found any issues.
Yes, each install of accordions will require a license to get an update, but you may use single license plugin on multiple sites without license activation, plugin will work fine without license activation, license will require if you wish to continue with auto-update features.
