I have placed the FAQ section on the page but unlike the sample accordion, the accordion tab doesn't close. Please help.

Welcome to our forum.
I just checked your page, I can see there is many js errors, you should fix this first. please see the screenshot

Also, notice the error "$(...).accordion is not a function" that means required js file is not loading correctly. you should try to deactivate others plugin to check one by one if any 3rd party plugin causes the issue.
