My accordion plugin has stopped working properly and I cannot add new tabs.
I can edit previously entered information
Any suggestions / solutions greatly appreciated 🙂

Can you please debug your page for jQuery error , is that happening on admin only or front-end also ?
Also please check what you have changed recently.
