Accordion not working when logged out of WP

hi there,
I thought my accordion was working properly until i sent a prototype of it to my boss who pointed out that it was broken, after looking into it i realized that from my POV it was fine but when he opened the test page it doesnt seem right, when i logged into wordpress from his browser the problem was fixed, I need a way to make the accordion word for all users,
