We change the information in our accordions, and this is fine for a few days but then it keeps being set back to a sort of snapshot of before.
I have tried quickly reïnstalling the plugin but this did not help.

Not sure how this is happening, in our plugin we don't have such option or features to reset accordions data or delete itself. please make sure you haven't use any cache plugin that might be casuing it.

Since I apparently couldn’t reply as anonymous, made an account quickly.
We have some suspicion that the cause might lie with the 3rd party import. We’ve noticed that it’s been permanently stuck on “Data import on process, please wait until complete.”
As far as I can see we do not have any cache plugins.
