Nice to meet you.
I have purchased the Pro version of Post Grid Combo (Order number: #49511656-76324123), but I\'m not sure how to upgrade to the Pro version. Could you please advise me on the steps to do so?

Hi Yoshikawa,
Welcome to PickPlugins.
First, you've to download the pro version. You can download the pro version from here - https://pickplugins.com/my-account/downloads/
Then you've to upload and activate the downloaded file on your WordPress website dashboard.
To do that from your WordPress dashboard go to Plugin => Add New, select the downloaded file and install it.

After activating the plugin, you can add your license key under plugin settings.

I just received an email and now the download is available.
Thank you for your reply.
When I go to the download page, it says “No downloads available yet.” and there is nothing available for download.
Also, I have not received an email with the license key yet.
It has been 4 hours since I purchased the Pro version. Is it normal to take this amount of time?
