If I take the DD option it only shows "all"
If I take the inline option it doesn't show anything.
Somehow it seems not to pull my tags as a filter criteria, so I see no filters at all.

Have you selected tags from taxonomies and terms area? please see the screenshot

If this is still not working please send me a temporary admin access to your site, i will check the issue.
